$20,000 scholarship for 2nd year post secondary students

The Paul and Helen Trussell Science and Technology Scholarship is intended to support a promising student who; is currently in their second year of post-secondary education, has matriculated from the Kootenay-Boundary region and is pursuing studies in natural or applied sciences leading to a career in applied and industrial research.
 
The scholarship is valued at $20,000 payable at $5,000 annually and renewable for a maximum of three additional years.  Scholarships will be awarded annually on a competitive basis to students entering the penultimate undergraduate year at a British Columbia or Alberta university.  The scholarship will be tenable for the last two undergraduate years and for the first two graduate years.
